Working with the Roxbury Group, a Detroit-based real estate and investment firm, and Patrick Thompson Design, a boutique interior design firm, Infuz provided architectural services for the second phase of the renovation at the historic David Whitney Building.
Phase two of the renovation included converting additional apartments into hotel suites and relaunching the Hotel David Whitney under Marriott's Autograph Collection. The renovation buildout was spearheaded by O’Brien Construction, focusing on maintaining the building’s original architectural integrity.
