Construction is expected to begin this summer for this mixed use, adaptive reuse project from the team at Flux City. The Ribbon is an adaptive reuse project that turns a former single story Charter bank building onto a three story mixed use building. The 6 million dollar project will break ground this summer and is scheduled to be completed in 2024.
Part of the Strategic Neighborhood Initiative Fund
This project is partially funded by the Strategic Neighborhood Initiative which will require that a portion of the 18 residential units be 50-80% the area median income.
